Indications:

Palonosetron is indicated in adults for:

(1) Preventing acute nausea and vomiting caused by initial and repeat cancer chemotherapy courses when these cancer therapies cause moderate and severe vomiting in the patient.

(2) Prevent delayed nausea and vomiting caused by initial and repeat cancer chemotherapy courses when these cancer therapies cause moderate vomiting in the patient.
